Foothill Elementary

Hello!  My name is Cassidy Smith.  This year, I’m excited to be teaching the K–2 autism unit. I’m originally from New York, where I was raised, went to college, and spent the first few years of my teaching career. Last summer, I made the move to Utah and taught in Eagle Mountain—I've really come to love the people and the overall vibe here. I have a background in athletics and played college volleyball, which taught me a lot about teamwork and a little healthy competition. Outside the classroom, I enjoy snowboarding, Pilates, and the occasional bit of retail therapy.
